Gaetano Travia provides assistance in civil and labour law, dealing mainly with medical liability, contractual and non-contractual liability.

He graduated with honours in Law from Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna in 2020 and obtained his PhD in Private Law from the Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria in 2025, with two theses on medical liability. He collaborates with the Chair of Private Law at the University of Bologna. He has been a member of the Bar Association since 2023.
